Our SKY Youth Summer Camp combines the fun and adventure of a traditional summer camp, with yoga, meditation, breathing techniques and human values education. Our vision is to inspire campers to excel in life and to achieve success while dropping their worries, and being naturally happy, confident, and friendly.
Campers learn life skills, yoga, breathing techniques and meditation as tools to manage their stress and negative emotions, while making friendships and memories that will last a lifetime. Both programs for kids (ages 8-12) and teens (ages 13-17) feature the Sudarshan Kriya breathing technique, an effective way to calm the mind, reduce anxiety, and remove doubts.
Campers learn how to use these practices at home so they can:
Improve focus & memory at school
Handle emotions like anger & fear
Increase creativity & confidence
Relate bette with parents & peers
